2 tablespoons Greek Yoghurt

1 tablespoons Tahini

1 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar

1 tablespoons Maple Syrup

1 tablespoons boiling hot water

Salt & Pepper

Adjust to liking and consistency


This salad can be veganised by omitting the feta and substituting the yoghurt for cashew cream.

This salad is the perfect meal prepping salad and can be made in advance to add to any protein. (Particularly chicken and salmon) Benefits your insides and out and is so delicious.
