2 Ingredient bread rolls ~ this couldn't be easier...
This dough is so versatile and yeast free... it puffs up like bread and you can top it, seed it, cheese it and enjoy it anyway.
I've made cheese and bacon rolls and my gosh they are delicious.
What you need
1 cup Greek yoghurt
1 cup S.R flour
Salt to season.

1 egg for egg wash
Cheese, bacon and shallots.

Preheat over to 220°c

Mix yoghurt and s.r flour and knead into a ball.
Make desired roll size (i made 2 very large rolls) but recommend making them smaller.

Place on prepared tray.
Egg wash top, add cheese, bacon and shallots and bake for approximately 15-20mins.
The rolls should sound hollow if you tap on the bottom.
Tip: For a sweet bread. Add vanilla extract to the yoghurt dough when kneading. (Omit salt)
