2 Ingredient Breakfast Panacotta

Sometimes we all need to have a little something special to eat for breakfast, and what seems like I've been slaving for hours, only took 5 mins to whip up with no fus and what only haa 95 calories per serve, there are no complaints here at all.


What you need

1 sachet of jelly lite jelly (any flavour - I used mango passionfruit)

1 cup Greek yoghurt

1 cup boiling water

Whisk jelly crystals and 1 cup of boiling water in a bowl until crystals are dissolved.


Next whisk in Greek yoghurt, until smooth.


Pour into jelly mould or cups and place in fridge to set. This should take 3-4hrs or overnight if you want to be prepare.


Serve with your favourite fruit and granola or enjoy on its own.

Tips - Serve as a healthy dessert with a cheeky swirl of whipped cream.


This will also work with any flavour jelly.
