2 Ingredient High Protein Spinach Tortilla Wraps.

Sometimes we stumble across the most simplest, tasty and delicious by accident... and with only 2 main ingredients, why wouldn't you give it a whirl.


What you need

2 big handfuls of baby spinach

1 egg

Seasonings (optional) - salt, onion and garlic powder

.


All you need to do is, blitz 1 egg, 2 big handfuls of spinach with some seasonings. I used salt, onion powder and garlic powder.


Once blitzed into a liquid, heat a pan and spray with EVOO - pour liquid in, and allow to cook. (No need to flip either)

These wraps are super pliable, quick and easy to make and packed full of protein. #winning

I filled my wrap with scrambled egg, bacon, Cheese, avocado and more spinach.
