Almond Berry Bliss Balls

The perfect little pick me up through out the day.


Makes between 18-20 bliss balls

Approx 100 calories per serve

1 cup rolled oats

2/3 cup toasted desiccated coconut

1/2 cup almond butter

1/2 cup ground flaxseed

1/4 cup white chocolate chips (or vegan chocolate chips)

1/4 cup dried cranberries

1/3 cup maple syrup

1 tablespoon chia seeds.

Mix all ingredients and roll into evenly shaped balls. Store in airtight containers in the fridge or freezer.
