Midweek simple meals that are quick and healthy.
What you need.

Marinade for Salmon.
1 tbsp Soy
1 tbsp hoisin
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp grated ginger
1 - 2 birdseye chillies deseeded

Mix all ingredients and pour over salmon pieces, sprinkling with sesame oil. Reserving half.
Pop into oven on 200°c and bake for at least 12-15 mins or until your liking.
Soba Noodle Stirfry.
Soba noodles (cooked to packet directions)
1tbsp garlic,
1 tbsp ginger
1/2 sliced onion
5 sliced mushrooms
Pak Choy
Asparagus diced
Heat wok, adding a drizzle of sesame oil.
Once smoking, add 1 tbsp garlic, ginger and half a sliced onion.
Allow to soften. Then add your mushroom and greens of choice.
Add soba noodles and reserved marinade.

Serve soba noodles immediately with salmon….
