Asian Greens & Mushrooms

Try this quick Asian greens and mushrooms dish for your main or side dish. #sotasty

2 tbsp sesame oil

2 garlic cloves, crushed

2 tsp finely grated fresh ginger

100g fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced

1 bunch baby pak choy, trimmed, leaves separated, stems cut from leaves

2 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp water (optional)

Heat pan, add sesame oil. Add garlic and ginger.

Add mushroom and soften gently.

Next add Pak Choy

Followed by soy and oyster sauce.

Add water if required.

Note; can be made vegan by using a vegan alternative to oyster sauce.
