$15 dinners under 15 Minutes. But by no means skimping on flavour!
Simple “cheap” ingredients made into the tastiest Asian inspired bean and mince Stirfry.

Meals under $15 don’t come around too often these days, especially with the cost of living in Australia skyrocketing… but this one was just under at $14 and that’s including a new bottle of soy and hoisin. #winwin.
What you need
1 thumb of ginger grated
4-5 cloves of garlic crushed
2 birdseye chillies (deseeded depending on heat preference)
250g green beans
500g chicken mince (or pork)
1 tbsp soy
2 tbsp hoisin
1 tbsp Sesame oil
.
Heat wok till smoking slightly, add sesame oil and immediately start frying garlic, ginger and chilli. Add your beans and stir around to soften just slightly.
Add your mince and start browning.
Add your soy and hoisin and stir till cooked.
Serve with rice or in lettuce cups.
