Asian Steamed Fish Broth

Died and gone to heaven with this amazing aromatic fish dish. Healthy, Warming, Comforting just a few words to describe this dish.... and it’s so so delicious, kind of don’t want this bowl of goodness to end..

Broth

1ltr Chicken stock (or veggie stock)

Knob of ginger sliced

Good bunch of spring onion

2 garlic cloves

1. 5 tablespoon Oyster Sauce

1. 5 teaspoon Tamari (or soy)

Put all ingredients in a pot and bring to the boil.

Add steam basket.

250g Bassa Fillet

Spring onion

Ginger

Fresh Chilli

Salt and Pepper

Drizzle of sesame oil

Wrap in baking paper and tie with cooking string. Place in steam basket and steam for approximately 10-12mins.
