Broth
1ltr Chicken stock (or veggie stock)
Knob of ginger sliced
Good bunch of spring onion
2 garlic cloves
1. 5 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
1. 5 teaspoon Tamari (or soy)

Put all ingredients in a pot and bring to the boil.
