This perfect little crowd pleasure is set to steal the limelight this Christmas.
It's simple and easy to create, and your flavours to be played with are limitless.
What you need
Your favour Camembert or Brie cheese. (I used a French variety)
Tbsp Honey
Tsp Dried Chilli flakes
Tsp dried or fresh Thyme
Drizzle EVOO. (Or truffle oil)
Score the cheese, and drizzle all the toppings over the top, ensuring that honey and chilli get into the scored skin of your cheese.
Bake for approximately 12 mins 180°c oven or until golden and bubbling.
Serve with toasted baguettes or crackers,
Prosciutto and other antipasto favourites.
