Banana Walnut Loaf

Whether it’s for your breakfast or your afternoon cuppa this loaf will hit all the right spots. (And it’s super easy)


What you need

⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️

:

2-3 over ripe bananas mashed

2 eggs

2 heaped tsp all spice

1 heaped tsp cinnamon

1 cup self raising flour

1/2 cup dark brown sugar

1/3 cup vegetable oil (or neutral flavour oil)

1/2 cup walnuts

Preheat oven to 180°c

.

In a bowl mash your bananas - add your eggs, oil and mix well.

.

Next add your flour, spices, salt and brown sugar and mix thoroughly before folding through your nuts.

.

Pour into prepared Loaf pan and pop in the oven for 45-5 mins

.
