2 overripe bananas mashed

2 cups oats

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup smooth peanut butter

1/4 cup shaved almonds

2/4 cup shredded coconut

1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

1/4 cup cranberries

2 tablespoons chia seeds

2 tablespoons pistachio nuts (optional)

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix together. Form cookie shapes and bake for 8-10 mins 180°c allow to cool and enjoy!
