Broccoli Hash Bites

Don't get me wrong. I love a good crispy potato hash brown, but I challenge you not to love these guys. This is your low carb, gluten free option that takes under 30 mins to prepare and cook.... Oh and did I mention that they taste freakin amazing 🤩🤩🤩

2 cups steamed broccoli heads (diced finely)

2 eggs

1/4 cup almond flour

3/4 shredded cheese (cheddar works best but mozzarella is a great option)

1/4 cup Parmesean

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp oregano (optional)

Salt & Pepper.


Preheat oven 180°c


Mix all ingredients in a bowl, shape into hash Pattie's and pop in over for 15-20mins or until golden and brown.
