Pour yourself a cuppa and munch onto these - Quick, easy and my type of breakfast on the go, when I'm dashing out the door and the benefit is, its packed full of protein, ensuring that I'm fuller for longer through the day.

2 bananas
1.5 cups oats
1 tbs chia seeds
1 tbs maple
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup of cocao nibs
1/4 cup cranberries

Mix together, form into cookie shapes and bake for 10-15mins or until golden brown.
TIP - If cocao nibs are not your thing, omit and add coconut or your favourite nuts.
