Who doesn't like broccoli or haloumi but teamed up with this Dijon dressing - Wowsa! This dressing is divine…. 10/10

For the dressing

1/4 cup sourcream
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp maple syrup
Salt & pepper.

For the salad
Broccoli florets (either raw or lightly steamed)
butter Lettuce chopped
Red onion diced finely
Dried Cranberries
Crispy proscuitto pieces (reserve a few pieces to add on top of salad)
Cooked Halloumi pieces

Almonds & Pepitas - toasted with smoked paprika
Once you have mixed all the ingredients for the dressing, add your broccoli, lettuce, red onion, dried cranberries, toasted nuts and crispy prosciutto and toss.

To serve add your cooked halloumi pieces on top with an extra crumbling of the prosciutto.
