Festive Cinnamon Roasted Almonds. šŸŽ„šŸŽ…šŸ¼

These roasted almonds are the perfect homemade gift to treat your loved ones. The sweet, the salty, the toasty nuts - you just canā€™t stop at one.

What you need.

ā¬‡ļøā¬‡ļøā¬‡ļøā¬‡ļøā¬‡ļø

30 grams Butter

50 grams honey

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, ground

300 grams raw unsalted skin on Almonds, raw

80 grams raw sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt, additional.

Preheat oven 170Ā°c

.

Melt butter, cinnamon, salt, vanilla and honey in a pan.

.

Once melted add your almonds to coat.

.

Pour out onto a prepared pan. Roast in oven for 15mins, ensuring to turn the almonds every 5 mins.

Meanwhile add raw sugar and 1/2 tsp salt in a container.

.

Pour the almonds into container and give the almonds a shake for the perfect sugar coat.

.

Tip the sugar coated nuts back out onto the tray to cool completely. Once they are completely cold, break them apart from each other and store in air tight jar or container or eat immediately..

Tip: add chilli flakes or cayenne pepper for a sweet and spicy version.
