Healthy Carrot Cake Pancakes

For days when you feel like carrot cake for breakfast.

1 cup oats

1/2 cup walnuts

1/2 cup grated carrots

3 dates

1/2 banana

1 egg

1/2 cup water

40g protein powder

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp cardamom

1/4 tsp ginger.

.

Blitz all your ingredients into a blender to create a batter.

.

Pour onto hot pan, once the edges are set, flip and continue cooking on other side.

.

Serve with cinnamon/honey Greek yoghurt.
