What you need.
1 cup oats
1 egg
1 banana
1/4 cup plant based milk
1 tsp baking powder
3 dates, softened with boiling water and pit removed.
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Blitz all ingredients to create a batter.

Heat pan, add light cooking spray (or butter) and pour your batter to desired size. Once the edges seem set, flip and cook until browned.

Add a dollop of vanilla Greek yoghurt, crushed walnuts, maple and dusting on cinnamon.
.
Tip - Add vanilla protein powder for an extra bit of #protein.
