Healthy Maple Apple Walnuts and cinnamon pancakes....

This weather has me honing in on warm spicy cinnamon pancakes as I sit by the heater heating my toes up.


These pancakes are healthy and delicious and a must try!! (Add this to your favourites)


1 banana

1 egg

1/2 cup oat flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 apple chopped

1/4 cup macadamia milk (or milk of choice)

1 tsp walnuts chopped

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp maple

1 tsp cinnamon


Mix all ingredients in bowl, heat pan and pour mixture onto pan. Once set on one side and flip.
