Healthy Nut Clusters

A quick and healthy snack that you can take on the run with you.


What you need

1/4 Cup each of

Almonds

Pumpkin Seeds

Sunflower Seeds

Cashews

Macadamia Nuts

Pistachios

1 tspn cinnamon

Pinch Salt

1/4 cup maple syrup

Preheat oven to 180°c.

In a bowl, mix all ingredients

.

Spoon onto a silicone muffin tray and bake for approximately 18-20mins

.

Allow to cool completely before popping out to enjoy.
