Healthy "Snickers" Snack

Yes it's the craze hitting TikTok... and yesssss it's an amazing quick and healthy 4 Ingredient snack, and while it's not a snickers perse it is a pretty delicious tasty healthy snack (and I'm pretty sure some of the ingredients are already in your pantry)


What you need

⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️


Rice or Corn Cakes

High Protein Peanut Butter

Raw Peanuts

Dark Chocolate

Sea Salt (optional).

.

Layer peanut butter on your rice/corn cake.


Sprinkle with raw peanuts and place in freezer to chill.


Meanwhile in a bowl melt your dark chocolate (or chocolate or choice)


Pull the rice/corn cakes out of the freezer and dip in the melted chocolate. Sprinkle with sea salt.


Place back in freezer to chill.


Enjoy!!



This can be easily #veganised by using vegan dark chocolate or equivalent or swap your peanut butter with alternate nut butter and macadamia nuts. and for a fruity twist.

Sliced bananas or strawberries (oh wow so good)
