Homemade Healthy Gozleme

Easy peasy and a tasty Gozleme right in the comfort of your own home.


Dough 🌾

1 Cup Wholemeal S.R Flour

2 Tablespoons Greek Yoghurt.

.

Filling 🌿.

1 big handful kale

1 big handful spinach

1/4 red onion diced

Salt and Pepper

2 tablespoons ricotta

1 tablespoon Parmesean.

.

Sauté kale, onion, spinach salt and pepper. Allow to cool.

.

Dough, mix four and yoghurt and knead to a smooth ball.

.

Roll super thin and put on a hot hot sandwhich press grill.

.

.

Fill, flip lid and cook till brown on each side.
