Homemade Sausage Rolls

1 sheet puff pastry

250g Lean Beef Mince

250g Pork Mince

1/2 red onion grated

1 small carrot grated

1/2 zucchini grated

1/4 cup breadcrumbs

1 egg

1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 Tbsp Tomato ketchup

Salt and lots of black pepper,

.

Mix all ingredients till well combined. Fill pastry and roll.

.

Baste with egg wash and a sprinkle of nigella seeds.

.

Bake till browned and nice and flaky.

.

All that’s left is to dip into tomato sauce and you’re set for the yummiest little treat..
