Another quick mid week meal if you prep ahead..
500g lamb mince
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp all spice
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp dried mint
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp honey.

Mix and form into desired shapes - allow to sit for a minimum of 30mins (overnight better).

Preferred cooking method. Charcoal bbq. However due to wet weather, tonight I cooked inside on a pan ( a normal bbq will also still do the trick)

On a flat plate, spread labneh down, add roasted pinenuts and a drizzle of honey.

Add hot koftas onto plate,
And sprinkle with fresh mint leaves.
Serve with tomatoes, warm pita, tabhouli, cucumbers or your favourite salad.
