These Lamington Bliss Balls couldn’t be any easier if I tried.

They are healthy, they are delicious and they could be mistaken for the real deal… lamingtons. These little morsels are refined sugar free, but will keep you satisfied for your 3pm afternoon chocolate pick me up. You can add an extra 40g of protein powder in the mix for your extra protein kick or keep them as is for a little treat.

What you need

1½ cups Almond meal
½ cup Desiccated coconut
⅜ cup Maple syrup
¾ cup oat flour (rolled oats pulsed into dust)
⅛ cup Cocoa nibs
⅛ cup Cacao powder
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Mix all ingredients until combined and then shape into balls.

Roll into coconut for extra nutty flavour however in my opinion doesn’t need it.
