Quick, tasty and easy to prepare, this dish will bring a zesty freshness to your main meal (or you could use it as a dip served with some toasted pita bread) not sure if it’s a salad or a dip - you can decide for yourself.

What you need

Cucumbers
Red onion
Tomato
Parsley
Toasted pinenuts
Pomegranate
EVOO
Pomegranate molasses or syrup
Sumac
Salt & pepper
Hummus
Layer your hummos and then layer your salad on top. It’s as simple as that.
Add crumbled feta for additional creaminess (not pictured here)
