Mediterranean Hummus “Dip” or “Salad” - whatever you wanna call it, this dish is delicious!

Quick, tasty and easy to prepare, this dish will bring a zesty freshness to your main meal (or you could use it as a dip served with some toasted pita bread) not sure if it’s a salad or a dip - you can decide for yourself.

Cucumbers
Red onion
Tomato
Parsley
Toasted pinenuts
Lemon
EVOO
Sumac
Salt & pepper
Hummus
Greek yoghurt.

*** Tip - Serve along side chicken and Turkish bread or opt to serve on its own.

Mixing the hummus with Greek yoghurt is a personal preference - this is to mellow out the hummus flavour .

Also add pomegranates to add that burst of flavour and colour. (Not pictured here).
