Pie Maker Breakfast Quiches

These delicious breakfast quiches take little to no time to whip up. They're tasty, and the fillings can be altered to your taste. The smell through the house is like you've just walked into the local bakery. A win win in my books!


Makes 4.

1 sheet puff pastry.

3 eggs

2 tbs milk

1.5 pieces of short cut bacon diced

1 spring onion

2 tbs shredded cheese

Salt & Pepper

Heat Pie Maker.

Cut out 4 puff pastry rounds

Mix eggs, salt & Pepper, adding bacon, onion and cheese.

.

Place pastry round into pie maker and pour egg mixture till almost full.

.

Close pie maker and wait approx 8 mins for gorgeous brekkie quiches.

.

Obviously this recipe can be served for lunch and dinner with a salad.

You can also add any other veggies or deli meats you like. Capsicum, chorizo, tomatoes.
