Pork & Mushroom Dumplings....


These dumplings are easy, delicious and a total “fakeaway” meal without the cost!


Makes 18-20


What you need

⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️

250g Pork Mince

2 button mushrooms finely diced

3 spring onions finely diced

2 garlic clove minced

1 tsp minced ginger

1 tsp chilli diced (or a tbsp of Chiu Chow Chilli oil)

1 tsp coriander finely chopped

1 tsp hoisin sauce

1 tsp soy

1 tsp sesame oil


In a bowl add all your ingredients

.

Next lay out your wonton wrappers - using round or square will not make the difference - only the shape! .


Once you lay out your wrappers add a generous amount in the centre - and fold over into a diagonal and then folding the opposite ends in. < this step is totally subjective to you.

Now your ready to steam, make pot stickers or airfry for a crispy treat.
