Sesame Snaps were the ultimate lunch box treat as a child, but these “grown up” version are a much better & probably - much healthier snack 🤫
What you need

100g sesame seeds
40g pumpkin seeds
40g slivered almonds (optional if nut intolerant)
2 tbsp tahini
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
100g Lindt dark chocolate (or dairy free dark chocolate)
Dried cranberries

Preheat oven to 180°-200°c
In a bowl mix, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, slivered almonds, tahini, maple syrup, cinnamon & vanilla extract.
Once mixed thoroughly, pour onto prepared sheet pan and spread out evenly, and bake for approximately 15-20mins or until golden edges form.

Allow to cool.

In a heatproof bowl, melt your dark chocolate.
(Usually 30sec bursts in microwave).

Sprinkle with cranberries and refrigerate until hard.

Once hard, snap into pieces and #enjoy
