Marinade:
250g your fav bbq sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
2-3 cloves garlic, chopped
3 tbsp soy
1/2 onion onion
Rings long red chili, roughly chopped
250ml stock (beef, chicken,
Vegetable)
Salt and pepper.

This marinade is perfect with any slow cooker meats. I used pork for this recipe but it’s perfect for beef brisket or beef ribs.

Place all ingredients in slow cooker - 4 hrs high turning down to low for 2-4 additional hours.
The meat should shred perfectly.
