There is always a sense of accomplishment when you can create something for everyone to share. These easy seeded crackers are not only tasty and delicious but they are easy to make... Also packed full of goodness for premium gut health.


Paired with cheese or your favourite dip, you will not be disappointed.

đŸŒ» 65 g pumpkin seeds

đŸŒ» 65 g sunflower seeds

đŸŒ»50 g chia seeds

đŸŒ»40 g sesame seeds white, black or a mix

đŸŒ»20 g flax seed/linseed

đŸŒ»0.5 tsp salt

đŸŒ»0.5 tsp Onion Power

đŸŒ» 175ml cold water

Mix ingredients with water and set aside for 20-30mins to absorb

Meanwhile, preheat oven on 170°c.

Pour mixture out onto prepared pan, and spread evenly.

Bake for 55-60mins or until browned.

Once cooled, crack the crackers into bite sized pieces.
