Tiramisu Overnight Oats

Protein Packed Tiramisu Overnight oats.

For all those coffee lovers (like me) - this protein packed tiramisu is a healthy yet decadent perfect pick me up to start the day and I'm sure you may have most of the ingredients in your house already.

What you need

⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️

1 Cup oats

2 tbsp chia seeds

40g Vanilla protein powder

1 shot of Espresso

1/2 cup macadamia milk

1 tbsp Greek yoghurt

Chopped maccadamias and a sprinkle of cocoa powder to decorate (optional)


Simply mix your oats, chia seeds, protein powder, espresso and maccadamia milk in a bowl until your protein powder is dissolved,

Place mixed oats in a cup, top with yoghurt, chopped macadamias and a sprinkle with cocoa powder.
